  • 1 whole Brie cheese about 8 ounces
  • 1/2 cup walnut halves
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup honey plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 small baguette sliced and toasted
  • 1 Granny Smith apple thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup blackberries or figs
  • A handful of arugula for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Toast walnuts on a baking sheet until golden, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Score the top of the Brie cheese in a crisscross pattern.
  • Drizzle honey over the Brie and add rosemary sprigs.
  • Arrange walnuts, cranberries, blackberries or figs, apple slices, and toasted baguette on the board. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and garnish with arugula.
  • Serve the Brie with toppings and encourage guests to create their preferred bites.

Notes

Offer a gluten-free alternative with your choice of gluten-free crackers or bread. Substitute fruits based on season for variety.
