  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

  • Whipped cream or a cinnamon stick optional

Instructions
 

  • Gently heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to steam.
  • Whisk in the cocoa powder and sugar until smooth and fully integrated.
  • Stir in the tahini, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, whisking continuously until heated through.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary, then pour into two mugs.
  • Top each mug with whipped cream or add a cinnamon stick as a stirrer, if desired.
