  • Preheat your toaster oven or regular oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the sweet potato thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Place the sweet potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Toast the sweet potato slices in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they become crispy and slightly browned.
  • Remove the sweet potato slices from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Spread a generous amount of almond butter on each sweet potato slice.
