package of wonton wrappers
1/2
lb
sushi-grade tuna or salmon
thinly sliced
1
avocado
thinly sliced
1/4
cup
pickled ginger

tbsp
soy sauce

tbsp
wasabi mayo

sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut the wonton wrappers into triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the wonton wrappers for 5-7 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
Arrange the crispy wonton triangles on a serving platter.
Layer the sliced tuna or salmon, avocado, and pickled ginger on top of the wonton triangles.
Drizzle the soy sauce and wasabi mayo over the top of the sushi nachos.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top of the sushi nachos.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra spicy kick, add thinly sliced jalapenos.
