Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts almonds, cashews, pecans, etc., chopped
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, and egg.
  • Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly with a spatula.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Let the granola bars cool completely in the pan before cutting them into bars.
  • Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Enjoy as a quick and savory snack on the go!
