Sausage Rolls

These delicious sausage rolls are made with puff pastry and seasoned sausages, making them a perfect snack or appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 6 sausages
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
  • Cut the pastry sheet into 6 equal rectangles.
  • Place a sausage on each rectangle and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll the pastry around the sausage and seal the edges with a little bit of water.
  • Cut each roll into 3 pieces and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the beaten egg over the top of each roll.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious sausage rolls!
