Sausage Rolls
These delicious sausage rolls are made with puff pastry and seasoned sausages, making them a perfect snack or appetizer for any occasion.

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 6 sausages
- 1 egg beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
Cut the pastry sheet into 6 equal rectangles.
Place a sausage on each rectangle and season with salt and pepper.
Roll the pastry around the sausage and seal the edges with a little bit of water.
Cut each roll into 3 pieces and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the beaten egg over the top of each roll.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
