- 1 baguette sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers chopped
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
