Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced rhubarb, sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well and transfer to a 9-inch baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine the oats, 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
