Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, and paprika.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cooked and crumbled bacon.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Preheat a waffle iron and spray with cooking spray.
  • Pour the quiche Lorraine waffle batter onto the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve the quiche Lorraine waffles hot, with additional bacon and cheese if desired.
