Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup rosemary syrup see recipe below
  • 2 cups soda water
  • Ice
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Rosemary Syrup Recipe:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4-5 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, combine the pomegranate juice and rosemary syrup. Stir well to combine.
  • Fill four glasses with ice and pour the pomegranate-rosemary mixture over the ice.
  • Top each glass with soda water and stir gently.
  • Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Rosemary Syrup Recipe:

  • In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and rosemary sprigs.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the syrup has thickened slightly and the rosemary flavor has infused into the syrup.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the syrup cool completely.
  • Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the rosemary sprigs.
  • Store the syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
