Instructions
Simmer peach, sugar, water, and basil 5 minutes; cool and strain to make syrup.
Fill 2 glasses with ice and add syrup and lemon juice.
Top with Prosecco and sparkling water; stir gently.
Garnish with peach slices and a basil sprig.
Notes
Swap honey for sugar or use NA bubbles for zero-proof. Syrup keeps 3–4 days.
