Ingredients
  

Peach Basil Syrup

  • 1 ripe peach diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 –5 basil leaves

Spritz

  • 4 oz peach basil syrup
  • 4 oz Prosecco or Crémant
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • Ice

Garnish

  • Peach slices
  • Basil sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Simmer peach, sugar, water, and basil 5 minutes; cool and strain to make syrup.
  • Fill 2 glasses with ice and add syrup and lemon juice.
  • Top with Prosecco and sparkling water; stir gently.
  • Garnish with peach slices and a basil sprig.

Notes

Swap honey for sugar or use NA bubbles for zero-proof. Syrup keeps 3–4 days.
