Parmesan-Herb Zucchini Chips
Thin zucchini slices in a crisp Parmesan coat — the kind of snack you eat standing up, pretending to “check on the turkey.”

Ingredients

medium zucchini
thinly sliced

large egg

cup
panko breadcrumbs
¼
cup
grated Parmesan cheese

tsp
Italian seasoning
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Dip zucchini slices in egg, then panko-Parmesan-seasoning mix.
Arrange in a single layer; spray lightly with oil.
Air fry 6–8 minutes until golden.
Notes
Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
