Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices of brioche bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bread slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Serve the French toast with mixed berries and a dollop of whipped cream on top. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
