  • 1 cup hummus homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup baba ganoush
  • 200 g feta cheese cubed or crumbled
  • 200 g slices of prosciutto
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup kalamata olives pitted
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 400 g pita bread sliced into triangles
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves picked
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Toast pita bread slices on a baking sheet until crisp, about 5-8 minutes.
  • Arrange hummus and baba ganoush in shallow bowls on a large serving platter.
  • Scatter feta cheese, prosciutto, artichoke hearts, and kalamata olives around dips.
  • Add cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and red bell pepper strips.
  • Tuck fresh mint around the ingredients.
  • Add cooled pita triangles. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice on hummus and baba ganoush, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges.

Notes

Consider adding dolmas or roasted red peppers. Try making your own hummus or baba ganoush for a homemade touch.
