Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the shrimp and lemon garlic sauce.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top of the pasta and serve immediately.
