Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine water and sweetener.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sweetener is completely dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, if using.
  • Let cool to room temperature before using.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
