Ingredients

granulated erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

vanilla extract

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine water and sweetener.
Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sweetener is completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, if using.
Let cool to room temperature before using.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
