- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of turkey
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 jalapeño peppers seeded and sliced
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of bread.
Place a slice of turkey on two of the slices of bread.
Top the turkey with the sliced jalapeño peppers.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the jalapeño peppers.
Place the remaining slices of bread on top of the cheese, cream cheese side down.
Spread butter on the outside of each slice of bread.
Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
