Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup polenta
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Add the polenta, water, and salt to the instant pot and stir to combine.
  • Close the lid and set the instant pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Stir in the butter and parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
