Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix the harissa paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add the carrots to the bowl and toss until they are coated with the harissa mixture.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly charred.
While the carrots are roasting, prepare the yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to taste.
Once the carrots are done, transfer them to a serving dish and drizzle the yogurt sauce over them.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
