- 1 block of halloumi cheese sliced into 1/4 inch thick pieces
- 4 cups of cubed watermelon
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
