Thyme Syrup Recipe:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh thyme leaves
In a large pitcher, combine the grapefruit juice and thyme syrup. Stir well to combine.
Add the soda water to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
Fill glasses with ice and pour the grapefruit thyme spritzer over the ice.
