Frozen Ravioli Lasagna Bake

Frozen cheese ravioli stand in for lasagna sheets in this layered bake with marinara, spinach, and plenty of melty cheese.

  • 1 25-ounce bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 24-ounce jar marinara sauce
  • 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread half the marinara sauce in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Add a single layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  • Top with half the spinach, garlic, basil, oregano, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, marinara, spinach, seasonings, and cheeses.
  • Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, until cheese is golden and the edges are bubbling.
  • Rest 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil and serve.

Notes

Add a ricotta-and-egg layer between the ravioli for a richer bake. Assembles well ahead and reheats nicely.
