  • 1/4 cup of olives a mix of green and black
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Lay out a medium-sized serving board or platter. Arrange the slices of prosciutto to create an inviting display.
  • Scatter the quartered figs amidst the prosciutto, ensuring each piece is accessible.
  • Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the prosciutto and figs, then dot with pistachios.
  • Drizzle honey over the figs and cheese, and tuck in thyme sprigs.
  • Add toasted baguette slices and mixed olives around the edges of the board.
  • Finish with a few grinds of black pepper to enhance the flavors.
