Ingredients
  

  • 2 croissants
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
  • Crack the eggs into the same skillet and cook to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Top the cheese with 2 slices of bacon and a cooked egg.
  • Place the top half of the croissant on each sandwich.
