Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Dredge chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and place in a baking dish.
  • In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
