Remove chicken from skillet and place in a baking dish.
In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and golden brown.
