Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh raspberries and shaved chocolate for topping

Instructions
 

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  • In a food processor, blend the avocados until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor and blend until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into individual serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, top each dish with fresh raspberries and shaved chocolate.
