- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh raspberries and shaved chocolate for topping
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
In a food processor, blend the avocados until smooth and creamy.
Add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor and blend until well combined.
Spoon the mixture into individual serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
