- 1 pound pizza dough
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
