"Cheesy" Air Fryer Kale Chips

This recipe is for crispy and cheesy kale chips made in an air fryer. The kale is coated in nutritional yeast and olive oil before being air fried to perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • Wash and dry the kale leaves, then remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the kale pieces with olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper until the kale is evenly coated.
  • Place the kale pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the kale is crispy and slightly browned.
  • Remove the kale chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
