- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 large tomato
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and mash it with a fork in a small bowl.
Slice the tomato and mozzarella cheese into thin slices.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toast.
Layer the tomato slices on top of the avocado.
Add the mozzarella cheese slices on top of the tomato.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
