Caprese Avocado Toast

This recipe is for a delicious and healthy caprese avocado toast. It is made with ripe avocado, fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced tomato, and balsamic glaze. It is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large tomato
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and mash it with a fork in a small bowl.
  • Slice the tomato and mozzarella cheese into thin slices.
  • Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toast.
  • Layer the tomato slices on top of the avocado.
  • Add the mozzarella cheese slices on top of the tomato.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  • Serve and enjoy your delicious caprese avocado toast!
