Cabbage Beef Stir-Fry

This recipe is for a tasty and easy Cabbage Beef Stir-Fry. The stir-fry is made with thinly sliced green cabbage, ground beef, minced garlic, diced onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. The dish is stir-fried until the cabbage is tender and coated in the flavorful sauce. This dish is perfect for a quick and healthy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of green cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the minced garlic and diced onion to the skillet and continue to cook until the onion is translucent and the beef is fully cooked.
  • Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
  • Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the stir-fry and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  • Toss everything together until the cabbage is coated in the sauce and the beef is evenly distributed.

Notes
