  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 8-10 fresh sage leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cook the butternut squash ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook the butter until it turns a light brown color and has a nutty aroma, stirring occasionally. This should take about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the sage leaves to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the leaves are crispy.
  • Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to coat with the brown butter sage sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese (optional) on top.
