- 500 g boneless chicken cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
Add the garlic and ginger paste and sauté for another minute.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn golden brown.
Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
