Ingredients
  

  • 500 g boneless chicken cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
  • Add the garlic and ginger paste and sauté for another minute.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the tomato puree and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan. Enjoy your delicious butter chicken!
