- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, slice the sweet potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
