Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, slice the sweet potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the centers are tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
