  • 2 oz chai tea concentrate cooled
  • 2 oz apple cider chilled
  • 1 oz vodka optional
  • 3 oz sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Garnish

  • Apple slices
  • Cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Stir together chai tea concentrate and apple cider in a tall glass.
  • Add vodka if using, and swirl to mix.
  • Drizzle in the maple syrup to taste.
  • Add ice up to the brim of the glass.
  • Top with sparkling water, pouring slowly.
  • Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
  • Stir gently to combine everything before serving.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, omit vodka and add extra apple cider or sparkling water. Add nutmeg or clove for extra spice. Substitute with brewed chai tea if concentrate is unavailable.
