- 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of a natural low-carb sweetener of your choice
In a medium bowl, combine almond butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and sweetener of your choice. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Pour the mixture into candy molds or ice cube trays. Make sure to fill each mold or tray about 3/4 full.
Place the molds or trays in the freezer and let them freeze until solid. This should take about 1-2 hours.
Once the fat bombs are frozen, remove them from the molds or trays and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
