Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cut into thin fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional dip: chipotle mayo aioli, or ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss sweet potato fries in olive oil until coated.
  • Sprinkle with cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; toss again until evenly coated.
  • Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crisp and golden.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
