honey
or maple syrup

chili powder

smoked paprika

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
In a large bowl, toss nuts with olive oil and honey until coated.
Add chili powder, smoked paprika, cardamom, cayenne (if using), and salt. Toss until evenly spiced.
Spread nuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and fragrant.
Cool slightly before serving — they crisp as they cool.
Notes
Swap in any nuts you like; maple syrup makes them vegan.
