  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze store-bought or homemade
  • Optional garnish: Parmesan cheese or toasted nuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crisp and golden.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. Garnish if desired.
