  • 4 French baguettes sliced in half
  • 1 cup pickled carrots and daikon
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeño pepper sliced

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add pork slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the inside of each baguette half.
  • Top with cooked pork slices, pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro leaves, and jalapeño slices.
