Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast 1 packet
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Add the olive oil and warm water, and stir until a sticky dough forms.
  • Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  • Roll the dough out into a rectangle shape, about 1/2 inch thick. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and garlic powder over the top of the dough.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
