- Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Once the pudding has set, give it a good stir to break up any clumps.
- Serve in a bowl or jar and top with fresh fruit if desired.
