This dish is a fusion of two of my favorite cuisines, Japanese and Mexican. It’s a fun and creative way to enjoy sushi, and it’s perfect for a party or a casual night in.

To start, we’ll need some wonton wrappers. These will serve as the base for our nachos. Cut them into triangles and bake them until they’re crispy and golden brown. This will give them a nice crunch that pairs perfectly with the soft and delicate fish.

Next, we’ll layer on some thinly sliced sushi-grade tuna or salmon. Make sure to get the freshest fish you can find, as it will make all the difference in the flavor. Then, add some sliced avocado for creaminess and a pop of color. Top it off with some pickled ginger for a tangy kick.

To bring all the flavors together, we’ll drizzle on some soy sauce and wasabi mayo. The soy sauce adds a salty umami flavor, while the wasabi mayo gives it a spicy kick. Finally, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top for a nutty crunch.

These sushi nachos are best served immediately, so gather your friends and family and enjoy! It’s a unique and delicious way to enjoy sushi, and it’s sure to be a hit at any gathering.
