Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have burst and the mixture has thickened.
  • Remove the rind from the top of the brie cheese and place it in a small baking dish.
