- 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges and mint leaves for garnish optional
In a blender, puree the watermelon until smooth.
Pour the watermelon puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove any pulp or seeds.
Add the lime juice and honey to the pitcher and stir until well combined.
Add the cold water to the pitcher and stir again.
Taste the agua fresca and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed by adding more honey or lime juice.
