Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, cheddar cheese, bacon, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it down evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
