- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, cheddar cheese, bacon, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
